Agriculture is one of the most important areas you could choose because it addresses a basic human need—food and other natural resources. Our Agri-Science concentration has a comprehensive and flexible curriculum that encompasses many aspects of agriculture, including the 研究 of animal, plant, soil and environmental systems and natural resource 管理. Our students can enter a variety of 职业生涯 in agricultural business, government, extension, and nonprofit sectors, or go onto graduate schools, or work 为自己. Our graduates work in a wide variety of Agricultural related 职业生涯. These include but are not limited to:

Agri-Science students are interested in many aspects of agriculture and natural resource 管理 including Animal Science, Plant and Crop Science, Soil Science, Pest Management, Beekeeping, Agricultural Education, Forestry and Conservation.
365bet Agriculture courses are delivered in small class settings with individual attention from faculty with experience and expertise in agriculture. Students have opportunities for hands-on learning at the 440-acre University Farm and Environmental Education Center to 研究 livestock, crops, forestry, wildlife and natural resources or in internships and cooperative education opportunities with businesses and governmental agencies.

Agri-Science students will have a strong broad-based understanding of agriculture, be able to apply basic scientific knowledge to solve problems involving production of food and fiber, and have technical skills in Animal Science and/or Plant Science 和/或土壤学.
